Default Guys I've ordered a red stripper for New Year!

Was going to do it next week but after speaking with Arth went ahead today.

As background I have full black leather and red stitching in my 458 so didn't feel need to duplicate here.

Specs

Nov Production with Jan Delivery (could have ordered Oct production with Xmas delivery from Abu Dhabi but since neither dealer was offering a discount, I stuck with my local one).

Guards Red Ext
Bucket Seats (will track it occasionally)
Club sport package (not sure about this nonsense, but it is a gt3 so why not? Especially if it is free!)
Lift
Floor mats (cost 100 bucks)
Big Tank (cheap fuel here, might as well fill up)
smoking package (salesman told me to get it)

That's it, nothing more. Approx USD $140K

Now I can go back to enjoying the 458 till Jan.

Nice, congrats!

Is that the Guards red that someone bailed on at ANA in your avatar? How come you didn't take that one?

Congratulations, aamersa! I'm curious to see which one you'll end up keeping... or both!

Yes it is. Too expensive. AED 605,000, almost USD 165K. They would have discounted that modestly, but not enough. Besides, they tell me it sold today also.

That is a very good question indeed. I can't answer it at this time. I will be very open minded about this topic next year before making a decision.

Not much reason to buy one with 25K worth of stuff you don't want. I own a 458 too but don't see this car as a replacement. I guess we will see.

True. If I drive both enough, then I will keep both. (regardless I will keep both for a year). But if one starts sitting too much because of the other, I will sell it. I get cars purely to drive them.
