Finally for sale, 2014 GT3 with both Tiptronic and PDK - I know it's amazing!
Was just farting around on eBay and saw the following listing
http://www.ebay.com/itm/251632361913?
Has about a 1000 miles and they only want $169,995 for it!
This is the first 991 honestly for sale I've seen since the stop sale. I guess that combo PDK Tiptronic trans makes this car extra rare and thus the price which someone with more money than brains will purchase.
At the moment I would agree that this car is accurately valued. I figure a lot more 991 GT3 owners will put their's up for sale after they get their engine swapped or cars delivered due to potential in financial gains. I wouldn't doubt there will be a flood of 991s for sale in a few months. Will prices continue to rise or will they fall flat due to the market shifting - if it does. Just wait for the next run of GT3s to go on sale and everyone will want an RS when they come out. And one thing to consider is never believe in idle chit chat - ie Porsche will stop making the plain GT3, Porsche will only make a limited number of RS' and over-charge for them. It's great entertainment watching the postings that someone started from hearing some rumor that someone at the dealetrship told them. Info from the, a, dealership is probably the least reliable of all information on Porsche products.

id sell my 14 GT3 at sticker ($162,905 buid) car only has 400 miles on it if someone wanted it.
and then build a 15....I learned a few things about the car in the last 2 weeks that would change my build plan.
I think these guys are getting greedy now that builds, allocations, and cars are available.

Maybe I'm stupid. Why would anyone in their right mind trade a MY2015 build for a 2014 with a swapped engine. Especially now that you can get those new buckets. I must be missing something.

Exactly why I passed on my 14 and now have a 15 build.

And there are a handful of 14s with original motors from the factory. East coast had a few recent delivers and a few more are hitting the west coast now.

Only if the less expensive 2014 with the identical engine came with an extra year's warranty and a check for around $13K to cover compensation and the rebate on the "free" 18 way seats. Oh wait, that's my car and I'm unwilling to trade all that just for a 2015!
