Does it fold forward?

They look like the 918 seats, which I think are height adjustable and fold forward.

Almost seems like a bargain. The $8,210 price is only $2,095 more than the $6,115 18-way seats. The configurator won't let me select seat heating with the sport seats ($690), so after subtracting the seat heating, the price hit is down to $1,405. Dang... the wife's one-and-only "must have" option is the seat heating.

Hmmm... I recall that Macca got seat heating with his sport seats...

Fold but no height adjustment, fore/aft only, but I suspect the height goes up some as you go forward. Go to UK configurator for information not coming up yet on US configurator.

Those are sweet. Nice that they are making them available for the GT3 and not just reserving them for the RS.

Do you think those will be standard on the RS?

Yeah, I forgot to back out the leather seat back option I had added before (couldn't take the plastic seat backs on a $160k car)....but now the are CF shells, so I won't need that $1870 option!

they aren't $8k, they are $4k over the stock seats, and $2k over the 18-way seats. without leather they are $4700, and it looks like they are still the same leather with platinum stitching.

$4k is a lot of money... but $8k would have been nuts...

how many like me who have an upcoming build are NOT going to spec these... there will be a relative handful of cars with this option, and these are bound to be desirable cars.

do they recline at all?

Now I hope they give the US the 918 steering wheel as well with the 2015 build
