Default Checklist

So since i'm gonna be picking up my car this weekend. I wanted to know if there is certain things to look for in the car that could be wrong. like the yellowing on the bumper. if any one would like to share their experiences on what they noticed during or after delivery. We would come up with a checklist. copy and paste the list below in ur reply.

991 GT3 Delivery check list:

1. Yellowing bumper on White
2. Mesh in front wheel arch
3. All filters have been replaced

Yellowed bumper, unless blatantly obvious, is normal. Not sure any filters need replacement as long as the car hasn't been driven thousands of miles. The mesh may or may not be installed yet. Very little to be worried about. Congrats in advance.

^ Mesh in front wheel wells, behind radiators, for protection from rogue stones.

Dont forget to ask for the all weather floor matts. They look amazing compared to the standard matts. My sales guys gave it to me for free. I'm pretty sure its a free item for a GT3 or Turbo.

Sam according to my sales rep today. he said that they will replace all service filters and tires cause the cars have been sitting for a while and its a new engine. They had a customer pick his car up yesterday and the car was sounding wrong and acting weird he brought it back and they replaced the filters and it was good. so my car might be delayed a day cause of this.
I showed my rep the forum on bumper color off he told me that whatever you are not happy with let me know cause Porsche are being extra nice to GT3 clients and dont wont any unsatisfied customer

If it is an engine swap car make sure you have the certificate of engine swap. Mine was in the front boot.

Haha. Honestly--now that my car is in my hands, everything kinda rolls right off.

I don't understand. The new engine surely came with new filters; why replace them again? Have some cars been sitting that long since the engine replacement? What am I missing?
