Two service updates for GT3 -- vacuum lines and wheel liner radiator screens

I dropped off the GT3 for the WE21 (wheel housing liners with updated radiator screens between front of front tires and rear of radiator) and now for the VIN of the car, there's a vacuum line replacement or update.
