The worst worst part ab this forum, is that every time someone posts a new Pic of a color I've crossed off my list, it goes right back on the list.
Recently white suddenly reappeared on my mental radar..., and this pic just put agate back on as well. Quite disconcerting.

At the very least you can be sure the car will be killer in whatever colour you pick!
And it's fun to dream a little--it's a big part of the buying experience and helps during the wait.

After selecting dark blue since my allocation came in, I switched to agate last Wednesday. My order has now locked so I can stop wasting time debating it.

I need to lock in 4 weeks. Every time that I find myself drift away from Agate Grey, I pull up photos of a clean (aka washed/waxed) Agate, and I come right back.
GT Silver is growing heavily on me, but I really do like the darker look of Agate in the evening photos I've seen. Almost looking black, but just light enough to see some of the beautiful body lines.

I preferred gt silver to agate, but couldn't justify the $2400 premium over agate for what is still just a real nice silver. If it were RS green, that would be another issue.

The best feeling is when your car locks, and these is no going back. I was stuck on Agate, white, and went with metallic white.

Ever since high school when I had a string of bad luck [driving decisions] with two white cars, I've had a black or a dark grey car ever since. I'm usually not superstitious, but with my car, for some reason, it's phobia.
Given that, I really do love the look of white, and GT Silver seems like a great compromise in getting that light look. However, I'd like to get your read if you saw them together in person. GT Silver almost looks too 'typical Porsche' to me. (First time, to-be Porsche owner)

I've seen the colors in person and went with Agate for the same reason as Jon70. I simply can't justify spending $3100 for silver. The color is great but there is nothing unique or special about it to me. It's....silver and the premium makes no sense. Rhodium is also a great color if you want a blue hue to the silver.

Lol, that agate car does look menacing with the black pdls.
