The car is on delivery chocks hence the front height. The lifter is only just over 1".
The wheels in real life are very glossy. The photo is in poor light and there is dust on the wheels.
Go with the stock seats and save 2500$. The 18 way have no memory and are the same design/shape. Once you set them youll not change them. Unless you are an unusal build the stock seats are plenty.
All IMO

I'm a slim 150lbs and quite liked the 4 ways but am going to try sitting in 18 ways to compare. Just trying to eek out max comfort for the odd romantic outing with the wife!

youre lucky to be in the position to be able to drive it everyday.
unfortunately where i live theres 8 inches of snow and -30 C for 6 months of the year. so im still on the fence.
i work out of town for 6 months of the year, so that leaves 3 months left to enjoy the gt3. so i have a decision to make. i mean i know its going to be good, but its it THAT good?

No matter what car you decide on you'll be face with this dilemma. Unfortunately the only thing that might make sense is awe sport cars for you. Hummm, I don't know.... depend on how much you love cars.

Black headlights and stock wheel color looks amazing on that car.. I thought one necessitated the other, but I realize that for me, agate plus stock wheels looks better. Amazing color combo for the OP, congrats

Just note that 4-way doesn't allow adjustment of seat base angle whereas 18-way does. If there's enough tilt/incline/angle - whatever you want to call it - for you in the stock seat base then you're probably good.

^ Thank you Nizer. Good point! For various reasons (past lower back issues) and as nice as the 4 ways are, I think I'm not going to take a chance and therefore stick with the 18 way seats.

Nizer does make a good point. As I've said before, if you can find a comfortable long term setting with the 4 ways then that's great. But for me, the extra adjustability of the 18 ways made a difference in finding a good seating position and I like being able to tweak the seats into different positions on long trips. The adjustable lumbar is also nice for the lower back on trips; the 4 ways don't adjust there either. I wish the 18 ways were lighter, but there is no perfect solution.

Yes, the rear sensor is a single long piece that covers a lot of the license plate light as you have mentioned. The light is plenty bright so Im not concern about the sensor being there. The install is pretty good and you hardly notice its there. I just hope it works.

on top of the controller piece ( the unit part they installed in your astray
compartment ) that powered on/off function . Check to out you may be able
to have them modify if it's the same on the yours to enable that option for
you. Sorry I am not able to get out of R.I. to make Atlanta meeting was
really looking forward to meeting the varsity team members
Have Fun.
