Standard in Australia. Great for the nanny state (South Australia), where speed is apparently the only thing that causes road deaths and, as such, we have zillions of speed cameras - sign-posted as "safety cameras", of course. I'll spare you all my usual rant.

May I ask if the cruise control option also gives the additional function of setting a speed limit?

I have cruise control on my BMW, and there is an additional 'limit' button where I can limit my speed when driving thru a speed camera etc. Pretty useful feature for me. Otherwsie i dont use the cruise control.

Besides this I also know that you can set a speed warning on PCM but that is less useful because you cannot adjust it on the fly while driving.

No, just a speed to maintain. It does a good job of maintaining the set speed coming down hills though, unlike my RS4.

My mate's C63 AMG had a speed limit function; I think it was probably the only thing that stopped him from getting (more) speeding fines!
