BBI in CA dynoed a 991GT3 several months back. I think it made around 435whp (which would translate into a bit more than 475hp.). The gentleman who ran their car down the quarter mile and went 125mph would also indicate it makes more than 475hp. It's definitely underrated in the hp department.

We have an AWD dynojet. The rollers are linked with a MASSIVE belt. So while (in most cases) the rear roller is the one that is being spun by the car, the front roller is being spun by the car in a way as well, by way of the belt from the rear roller. It is absolutely necessary to have these new cars on an AWD dyno, and even then, they can still be a big PITA to get accurate numbers on.
The F12 we did, dynoed about 100whp short of what it should have done. Even though all four wheels were moving, the car could sense that it was sitting still, this caused all kinds of craziness to happen with the computers cutting power. The McLaren is equally as complicated.

I am sure though, that our dyno (if necessary) would have the calculations to adjust the numbers to account for the extra resistance.
That was a very good question, I am actually curious to how everything is kept on an even playing field as if the car was driving down the road. By looking at the GT2 RS dyno below, you can see the stock run dynoed at 547 rwhp. Assuming 15% drivline loss (911's have always been lower than most RWD cars) you would get 629HP at the crank. Seems to be right about spot on. Most other dynos I looked at (I referenced 997.2 GT3 and Ferrari 360) were about 15-17% on 911's and about 18-20% on most mid engine/front engine RWD cars.

Still would be nice to see some recent dynos.
