These photos have been all over the internet and it really looks to me like this thing will have a turbo charged engine. Are these photos and the turbo looking scoops just a red herring?

scoops are for air to engine and or brakes. Not turbo motor, but scoops borrowed from the turbo parts bin.

997.2RSR have been using them for years.... bout time it carried over to the street car.

Yep confirmed it will not be turbo, and I hear 500 HP's from a Porsche source.

I think the photos are fake. What would be patented that would require exterior renderings? Looks like the toy car photos posted elsewhere in this forum.

As for the turbo speculation, that is put to bed by the spy video shot at the 'Ring. That's not what a turbo sounds like.
