I love Metallic black and owned a 2007 Cayman S in Basalt. Black is a bad-*** color. I can't say that cleaning it constantly bothered me because the rewards out weighed the effort. It is just black does not move me emotionally like other colors. Red, White, Yellow just kind on moves me. But I also own a BMW X5 and I would only get that in Black or Charcoal. I just like my sport cars to move me when I look at them
