A few pics from the Porsche Parade Concours
Just a tiny sample of some of the great cars that were at the Parade Concours event yesterday. I wish I could have stayed for the whole week.
The 1970 911E Targa is especially noteworthy because it is a rare, completely original example in PTS Crystal Blue owned by our fellow Rennlister, Eduardo (Z356)! The car is even lovelier in person than it is in his avatar or in my picture. It was also significant to me because the first Porsche I ever rode in over 40 years ago, and which sealed the deal with regard to wanting to own a 911 some day, was a 1970 911E Targa, although that car was Signal Orange.
