that's my point... its looks breathtakingly good on the 356... but I think out of place on the GT3...especially with the silver wheels...maybe with the grey wheels it would work... but on the computer screen it looks very cream colored and vintage...

That pearl gray makes the GT3 look "old and slow" for some reason". I like it on the 356.

Until you hit the gas!

I've yet to see a GT3 look bad in any color.

A different color wheel would compliment the color better than the silver ones. I don't mind the color, but gray/charcoal/platinum wheels would be nice.

'Dolphin' & 'Heron', later 356 colors, almost look like paint primers - very non-distinct grays! 'Modegrau', an early 1950/1953 Porsche Pre-A color, is medium tint...and very elegant & nice! To me, 'Pearl Gray' appears to lighter than 'Stone Gray', a 1957/1959 special color, which is also currently available as PTS...and is also a stunning color! The closest color we have seen recently that has a resemblance was the 997.2 special color 'Cream White', although that was lighter shade than PTS 'Pearl Gray'!

I think this color selection (PTS 'Pearl Gray' W00) is extremely appealing and I congratulate it's owner for having the courage to order it!

Really like it. Colour chip looks quite a bit different than the metal.

More photos of the above car from instagram (2 different users). Note the vent slats painted to match PTS pearl grey. Also, interesting comment about Porsche's "contract" with the owner--hard to believe, but who knows, maybe this is for real?!! Anyway, the colour looks really great to me, especially if the first couple of photos are a good representation of it. The last one looks overly filtered (as did the one in the previous post) IMO.

That looks great in those follow on pics. The red leather looks sharp too and I usually don't like red on interiors.

Really like this colour and love the interior but not sure I buy the contract with Porsche about no other car will be painted this colour especially since it's on the approved PTS list..However, I would believe he does have contacts within Porsche if the interior was done by the factory...

Yes, it's written in the same PAG form letter which promised that the 'Geyser Grey' color, thought to be reserved for the 50th Anniversary '14 991S, would be 'exclusive' to that recent Limited Edition!

Color me in a dark, rich 'dubious-blau' regarding my take in the veracity of that so-called Porsche 'contract'!

Looks like another amazing PTS GT3 has been spotted. Anyone know what colour this is? Pascha red?

Well here is a PTS 991 Targa done is 'Pascha Red'. But it's inside the showroom and not outdoors, where the light is different. But they look similar, don't you think?
