I own a light weight '13 S with pdk and power kit and it hits all the right buttons. I have not had any pdk problems, but I use the paddles to shift 99% of the time.

This morning in downtown San Diego I saw a grey 991 GT3 driving right towards me! I was shocked that someone would be driving their car until I saw the rear end. This guy had modified a 991 c2s. He had a GT3 front end, a GT3 wing, and the GT3 side view mirrors. On top of that he had the red 997.2 GT3RS like wheels. It was quite a sight, very well executed.

A front swap would be a great mod, found a 991 GT3 front bumper for sale on teile.com for 1700 €.
