Default Black Porsche 991 GT3 in for GMG Roll Bar Install

Black Porsche 991 GT3 in for GMG Roll Bar Install

Our client recently took delivery the new 991 GT3 and took it straight to us for upgrades. The first upgrade that we are going to do s install our GMG bolt-in roll bar:

Like all of our roll bar models, the GMG 991 GT3 bolt-in roll bar features US Made 4130 Chrome-Moly Tubing that has been TIG welded and normalized for superior strength and rigidity. To accommodate taller drivers, the GMG 991 bolt-in rollbar also allows the seats to full slide back and offer more leg room.

For spirited driving and weekend track events, this bolt-in rollbar is definitely a good investment for increased safety without sacrificing versatility.

Key Features

- Made of 4130 chrome-moly

- Meticulously TIG welded and normalized at all joints

- Mounts to front seat belt mounts and rear strut towers

- Can be used with stock seatbelts or 6 point harnesses for track use

- Designed to work with stock seats or any aftermarket seats on the market.

- Offers the driver and passenger full movement of the seat for maximum leg room

- Designed to work with clip in kit for harness (no need to drill holes in your floor to mount the harness anchors)

- Bar comes complete all hardware needed to install

- Finished in satin black powder coat - optional colors available

- Made to order with individually serialized laser etched plaques

- Professional installation is recommended and available at our facility

We are currently taking orders and international shipping is available

For all questions and inquiries, please email me directly at Jerry@GMGRacing.com

Please stay tuned for updates!!!

Nice. Will you be doing seats and harnesses for the car as well? If so which seats/sliders/mounts?

My car is "delayed" but will need to get it set up eventually....

We are currently working with our partners at Recaro, Sparco, and Sabelt, and we will have more details about the seat options shortly.

Here are some pictures of the installation in progress

Funny, I looks like I met the owner at Thunderhill raceway just before the stop drive - the car looks identically equipped (PCCB, carbon fiber interior, no red stitching). He mentioned he was not on rennlist. If that's the guy, I want my referral bonus :-) because I suggested GMG roll bar to him.

Workshop looks fantastic. Bar looks stella. I have the factory clubsport package with factory half cage, but this bar looks actually better than the factory one (quality wise) but exactly the same style. Doubt you will beable to tell them apart after.

Looking forward to info on seast too. Well done...

So from the last photo it seems that you can still mount baby booster seats in the rear with the bar in place

JOKE!

I assume red is available. Sweet install. Yes, that is a good question: are the joints strong?
