The issue now is whether that gt2 Porsche 'sport bucket seat', regardless your source of importation, would operate as designed (airbags would deploy) in a US spec 991/981.
I haven't looked at what's involved so I have absolutely no idea. That's why I limited my comment to your question of their availability. If you want to know whether or not it's technically feasible, we can start with the wiring diagrams and PiWiS pages for the airbag and/or seat controllers.
