I talked to the Sales Manager at my dealership yesterday and told him I got an email from Tim Quinn stating that I will be offered some compensation at some point. I asked him if he knew that? The silence was deafening. He had no idea at all that they even sent me an email. How pathetic.

I am just guessing but the dealer network at least in the US must be really pissed. The main reason, Porsche NA or PAG does not care about this customer group but the ones that do as it does impact bottom line is the dealers. They are each owned by individuals not by Porsche NA or PAG.

The dealer network hardly cares about this. They have two or three customers at most with problems. My dealer sold their entire first shipment of Macan, 27 cars, before they got off the truck. They are hardly losing sleep over this. No money in the GT3 buyer. Yes, we may be a repeat buyer, but are dwarfed by the masses. 50,000 Macan will be sold this year.

Macca - I've been watching this forum for a couple of months and just joined yesterday so I could send you a message. Excuse my ignorance but don't know how to PM yet. I have a GT3 sitting at the port in Houston (since 2/28) and am interested in joining your group. Any suggestions?

Hey Sam - yes, in fact we share the same dealership and same tech - I've been at that dealership for 12 years. We've probably crossed paths at Mavs DE's - I've been running a black 997.2GT3
