WTF! A totally valid question do you not think?

An initiative is undertaken to address the fair play issue many have been complaining about on here for weeks now. Those without skin in the game seem to be the noisiest of the lot.

If you're not a potential direct stakeholder in such an action, my suggestion is you go **** in someone else's sandpit.

The only difference between the way I conduct my posts and some of the others around here is I try and walk my talk whereas I see alot of folk like to play games.

Add me to the group, please. I'll send info a bit later - have no access to it now.

All- I think we are letting our emotions get the best of us and this is possible what Porsche would want; which is dissention. Whether one chooses to join the rest or not is their prerogative. But I think we are all in this together in one way, shape, or form, and to different degrees and we should try to keep things positive. This is a great forum and every one here has contributed in many different ways and this is certainly an emotional time. let's all play nice

This is my first post on RL although have spent quite a bit of time frequenting the GT3 posts here.... why, because as a citizen of the UK and an owner of a GT3 which hasn't moved for 2 months I have had more information about what is going on with the car from the US (this forum) than I have from Porsche GB and this is why very kindly SierraMike/Capt Mojo is trying to organise a group to communicate directly with Germany to air our frustrations and get clear and concise information.

As individuals we're voiceless but if we can all pull together hopefully Porsche Germany may sit up and take note.

Just to be clear about my personal objectives, all I want to know is when I'm going to get my car functioning. if it's weeks I'll wait but if it's months they can have it back and I'll move on. It's not unrealistic to expect accurate information and updates... is it?

Compensation to be honest isn't high on the list of priorities, a gesture would be nice though.

This could well end up being quite a lot of work for Sierra Mike so I think we all should be grateful to him. He has a full time job as well to think about. So please get behind this, If you don't want to.... also fine but don't criticise.

I was a little critical last evening. But I appreciate Capt Mojo, Macca, and others' who are fighting for everyone to be treated fairly.

PM will be sent this afternoon

Guys,

I have not purchased a 991 gt3...but tend to think the more public you make the conversation the better. I tend to think companies have more to lose when the whole world sees, thus will treat their customers better. Just my humble opinion.

Agreed - Macca, thanks for all of your help and info. I just sent you a PM. I have had my car since January 13th and am a direct stakeholder, just like many here.

Thanks for the support guys. With the difference in timezones, Macca and I are effectively running the register on a round the clock basis. We are collating information so that we can move forwards in a measured fashion. Certainly the register has taken on an international dimension. We're working on it and will consult with registered stakeholders before taking any action.
