Ideally, there's a folded up note in there from AP that says, "Pssst. Keep it on the DL, but your car is fine! Let it rip!"

Any else get this?
Is Porsche still sending out these welcome kits?

I just received one today, along with my car's birth certificate (second one I've received).

My kit showed up about 6 weeks after the car was delivered (the first time) so maybe those who've just received their cars can expect one in due course....

I received something about a a month ago and never bothered to open it. I opened it today and it was nothing more than a card with my name and vin # and a couple of booklet advertisements for the Porsche brand. NO DVD or pen.

The DVD isn't a big deal. It's titled "911 Carrera Good to Know" and covers the features and functions of the 2014 Carrera model line via an interactive index. It also has a couple of videos and trailers. Not GT3 specific in any way....

I received two kits plus a book. One kit was the pen / DVD / etc. the other one had a book and a screen cleaner made from center lock. In addition, my dealer had given me a copy of the book earlier so I have two copies...

If anyone wants a copy of the book and you didn't get it, pm me. Happy to share.

The book I received yesterday was different. It was more a Porsche overall book. I also have the Gt3 book.
