Dear God don't make the reverse camera a regulation.

When I was looking, I found 6-7 listed at various dealer's inventory lists on the intranet. On each one, When I called, I was told that each car was long gone, and sold over msrp. Downtown LA Porsche had 3 listed at the time at msrp. None were not available. They told me they had 1 coming in that would be available at $30k over sticker. That car is now showing on their web site as in inventory at msrp. Call and try and buy it for msrp. Good luck. I was able, thru a family friend, to nab a May 16 delivery allocation at msrp at a different local dealer. Can't wait!

I have no idea if they are accurate or not. Since I have my GT3, I did not call to buy one. Frankly, I'm surprised they were available at all. I understand PAG requires the dealer to name the retail purchaser for limited production models, i.e. GT Series cars, before shipping a car to them to make certain they are legitimate sales to real customers and not for speculation. Assuming the dealer is honest, as
most Porsche dealers are, my guess is that the buyer could not raise the purchase price after placing a deposit on the car. If you are looking for a GT3 I suggest you spend a few minutes and call to find out what the options and MSRP is and if the advertised price is "for real". If any dealer is adding obscene amounts to MSRP, let us know so future Rennlisters can avoid that dealership and PAG is made aware.

All inbound cars will appear on the porschedealer.com websites with specs, option list, MSRP, etc. whether pre-sold or not. Unless the dealer has posted photos of the actual car, it is not a good indicator of available inventory.

Yeah. I heard from some friends who bit on those ads that they were all listed at MSRP...but all were only buyable above. Well above.

Cars.com has 6 New GT3s for sale at Dealers ranging from $139,565 to $167,795
2 at The Auto Gallery, 2 at Circle Imports, 1 at Hennessy Porsche, and 1 at Byers Imports with wide range of options. Instant gratification now available!
Beats waiting 18 months as I did!
What I found was when the VIN gets issued they show up on the public websites Autotrader.com and Cars.com etc. My experience was about 50% are already sold and should not have been listed as available. The other half were selling for $5-25K over MSRP and delivery varied from in-stock to "on the boat.' for short-term delivery. It is true if you want one now you can get one now, but I would rather pick my config and manage the price at MSRP.

The most I know one actually sold for was $40k over MSPR!! I guess somebody was in a big hurry or something.

I came across at least half those cars about 3 weeks ago. Each one of them was at least 25k over msrp.
