Jerry--are your 991 rollbars the same model/spec, whether they're for the Carrera S or the GT3? I'm happy with your rollbar that I put in my 2014 Carrera S, and was wondering if I could use that same bar later if I upgraded to a GT3. Thanks.

I have the factory Clubsport 003 option on my 991 GT3 with the factory half cage and its my opinion looking at these pictures that the GMC effort is at least as good and actually better than the factory cage...plus you can have it colour coded before installation which is a nice bonus!

Jerry, Could you please comment on the long distance back for the shoulder strap "hooks" and the spread between them and how it effects belt "stretch" thank you, Allan

I have a couple questions:

How much does the roll bar weigh?

Does it at any way affect the rigidity of the car for daily driving?

Jimmy, the roll bar weighs 30 pounds. Theoretically yes but modern cars like the Porsche 991 GT3 is already very stiff from the factory so any affect would be very minimal.
