If you can get without the washers I would do they don't look that great on the car and how many times are your lights going to be that dirty on a 911... All they do is mess up a fresh clean wash accidentally hitting the wiper

Standard headlights do not come with headlight washers according to the USA configuration site.

So does anyone know if the optional headlights will just plug in and work in a standard headlight configured car?

I don't mean to be redundant, but the configurator picture shows them for both the 991 Carrera S and GT3, but they aren't listed in the written description. My 997.2 Carrera S had standard Bi-Xenons (not PDLS) and standard headlight washers so if they aren't standard now it would be a step back option wise.

This wouldn't be the first time that the configurator had incomplete or incorrect info. I think the only sure-fire way to know would be to see a standard car, or maybe contact PCNA. Just sayin'. Compatibility between headlight types is a whole other can of worms.

Look, I just spec'd a standard headlight car and then tried to have the headlight washers painted body color. You can't unless you get PDLS or LED's which mean the standard lights don't have washers. At least that's the way I interpret it....

Fair enough, that's a pretty good indication. Good luck swapping the headlights...hope that works out.

The previous HL units pulled out easily. Whether a different light is plug and play is another story.

^GJ,
that is my understanding, but my SA is presently confirming our assumption w/ Porsche Exclusive.
