I'm glad it worked out for you. The price is still ridiculously steep, but at least there is a way to gain the functionality.

Suncoast rocks.

I put this on my '12 CTS-V through the aux port in the center console and it works flawlessly for BT audio. Car already had bluetooth for phone calls. Not sure if this would work for you guys that didn't get the BT option for your 991 GT3 but it's cheap and very easy to set-up, plus it hides easily and works great.

Amazon.com: Belkin Bluetooth Car Hands-Free Kit for Apple iPod, Apple iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android Smartphones, US Version: MP3 Players & Accessories Amazon.com: Belkin Bluetooth Car Hands-Free Kit for Apple iPod, Apple iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android Smartphones, US Version: MP3 Players & Accessories

Edit, that link is $80, I got mine about a year ago for $55, so not sure if there is a cheaper vendor somewhere for anyone that wants it.
