Default Sport plus seat backs, standard or leather?

Just wondering what people are picking..seems far enough removed that it doesn't have to go with the entire package of other leather options that go with the dash..

any pics? (I have to lock it down tomorrow..so I'll stop pestering people after tomorrow)

That is my one regret - I wish I would have gotten leather seatbacks on mine...stitching is awesome on those...

^^This. I had it on the Turbo S and it was awesome, even without the contrast stitching. Didn't get it on the 3 and I wish I did.

It's nice, but I don't regret at all saving the $1800. I guess I'm also a bit of a stitching minimalist so don't miss the extra....

+1. I tried adding this option and the steering column and couple other but it was too late and was rejected. The STD seat backs are butt ugly as it is.

I am going to get mine wrapped in carbon fiber vinyl wrap to match the rest of the interior. Not expensive and removable...gonna be cool.

Thx JC. I am definitely tinting all the way around at 35%. Are the wheels dark enough and no need to do anything with them? Black wheels on the white GT3 is cool. Not sure how dark the STD wheels are? I probably leave it as is. Hate to paint the wheels. Hope they are dark enough.

Wheels are gorgeous stock - amazing in person. Everyone is loving them. They are plenty dark.

My sales guy talked me out of the leather covered seat backs, claiming that with that option one sees nothing but a bunch of dark leather from the rear. He went on to say that the standard seatback, being in a lighter color, shows off the contour of the seatback much better than would leather. Am still a bit on the fence. Will probably go back and look at the dealer's configurator using their big screen and see how it looks there.

Photos plea to fortunate owners.

We need to see a few good photos of the actual standard GT3 seat backs. What color are they? Does the color match the color of any other components in the car or is another shade of the gray/silver palette? Is the finish glossy, flat, or satin? Are the seat backs the same color as on the 991 Carreras?

Thanks

.

The seat backs are painted a metallic silver. It's not glossy or shiny, I'd settle on satin. It does not match anything else in the interior, save the silver grey thread in the deviated stitching.
