No thank you.
Sounds like the Isringhausen model of sales - allocate no GT3s to customers and then sell all to highest bidder.

Like I said, I have no affiliation. The guy is not going to take it. Just passing along if someone wants one at a premium.

GLWS... I'm sure there's someone out there wanting one bad enough to pay $17K over.. I might be interested at $5K over but otherwise I'll wait.

Don't pay 1 dime over MSRP. They will be worth less than MSRP in about 6 months.

Ford dealers pulled this krap all the time with the Shelby's and then later the Boss302 Laguna Seca's. You just don't budge and eventually they will.

Wow, much better than $20K other dealer charges. Wouldn't you loose more than $10K in taxes and closing cost? I don't think the dealer would allow this transaction. Just curious.

Well, so many things can happen between the time you order and take delivery. It's a long time. You can't tell what happens tomorrow.

Too fun watching all of this.. -- everyone was so mad about the PDK, then at NY auto show P CEO said they would tons, now shortage. I don't think anyone knows.. Maybe not even Porsche.. Could they adjust production lines every few months?.. they seem like smart agile company. Everyone speculating 6 mos about about 997.2 prices.. Worse then nyse.. be interested to see what happens in 6 mos..

I think it's a car the dealer ordered and is trying to sell to him. He didn't order it.

If you want one go for it. It's a free market. For current 991 gt3 owners, the bidding is a good sign that people are willing to pay more. I hope it gets sold 50k over. If vettes can demand for 20k this is a no brainier if you really want one. I turned down a large offer two weeks ago by a banker and it's in line with this deal.
