venting question...
Hey there, 991 GT3 people.
Was wondering what this vent on top of the rear bumper does...
Does the vent let air exit that comes in from the top of the wing/decklid or something, else?
Still trying to determine if adding the wing is possible.
Thank you!

Air from lid goes into intake system...
At best that vent lets heat out of the engine bay, at worst, just for looks... Just like the 997.2....

FWIW, Porsche says that the vent trailing the rear lid at the top of the bumper is for "thermal ventilation of the exhaust system and engine compartment".

makes sense since that large center muffler is right underneath it ... and there will be a low pressure zone outside to suck air out of the engine compartment
