oil pressure

In the manual it states min oil pressure at 5k rpm should be at 4.
mine is usually at 3 and at 5k the needle slowly travels towards 4?

Can anyone confirm this with their car?

Also no rpm or speed limits stated in the manual for break in procedure.
997.2 gt3 manual had a 4k rpm limit if i remember correctly for the first 2k km

And first oil change at 15k km compared to 2k for 997.2 gt3

Sounds like no problem to me (sounds like your gauge agrees with the manual, no? Oil pressure changes are not instantaneous).

oil

Sounds like yours is working fine. Mine sits at around 2.3 when cruising 80mph in 7th only rises to 4?nd 5k when I get on the gas hard and it shifts down. Usual 911 oil pressur behaviour imho.
Factory told me tol take it easy first tank of gas not go above 7k not to take los of cold start short trips and not to drive at constant high rpm especially if cold. After that first tank they said I could drive it how I wanted. I followed there advice and now at just over 2000mls I have topped up oil by 350ml so its not used much at all whuch is good. The engine has loosened up nicely last 500mls and its noticeably smoother and seems to be making good power fuel efficency has also improved noticeably last 1000mls. My advice take it easy first 300 mls and then enjoy it. You can't break these cars...

Engine parts are so well manufactured now that there is probably less need for very careful break in procedures.
