Im surprised at how many gt3s are in stock at local dealers
in socal they have at least 8 units here for sale

none configured the way i like it but i am surprised at the availabilities.

tempted to go look at one anyway though

They may be listed on their web sites, but I imagine the listed cars were sold long ago.

I have always found Cali dealers, esp LA, to have these ltd production cars available. They do not "pre-sell" them via deposits but spec them per dealer VP (ie high option) and then sell them on the open market for maximum amount OVER msrp.

When I was looking for my 07 GT3, no one on East Coast had one available....but all LA dealers did, for $20-30k over MSRP. Hope this is not what is happening with these 991's

I was at Circle the other day and was told their entire allocation is customer sold. Done. Only way they'd have one on the floor is if a customer backed out and nobody on the wait list wanted the config (is what I was told). Candidly doesn't surprise me with these other dealers :-) Only one I'll go to here is Circle.

i found out the same thing.
So they are for sale but at a premium and their options are awful

the yellow beauty in my profile was a a nicely options 997.1 gt3 that i got - but i dont see that happening with the 991.1

so if any of you dont care about msrp - have at it
