Coming from my 997.2 GT3 first impressions in the new car are ... epic.

The way it shifts, the noise it makes, it's much louder than I expected (and I have a sharkworks pipe on the .2), the ride is very stable, pdks works really well, and importantly it's fast. Feels a good bit faster than the .2 right out of the box.

Exceeded my already high expectations. Nicely done by Porsche.

Will try to get some video and post.

Shame VIR is closed right now, can't wait to get on track with the new car and see what it's really capable of.

Excellent, Thx for taking the time to post. I like the black wheels on white. Wonder if they are factory gloss black or post delivery matte black? Enjoy.

the car is gorgeous in any color and so are the wheels. I'm sticking with white and very well may choose black wheels again.

Couple of the interior plus details on the exterior that are quite different to the .2 as I walked around the car.

The headlights are very different, as is the crest badge on the hood.

Haven't really looked closely at a 991 up close until the GT3 arrived so maybe some of the details are common, looked very different to me though putting the .2 side by side with the 991GT3.

White is beautiful. Thank God only 800 or so GT3's will be coming into the US. It appears over half of them are white and I ordered white.:thumbsup:
