Ya, cool looking house. I was just in your hood in Apple hill. A friend of mine lives there and was nice enough to let me take around 30 Cedar trees to plant around my house.

In a small town, 14 miles north of Lake Tahoe.

Thanks.

Between my garage, workshop and race car trailer I have 5 spots. I try to keep one open "in case of emergency."

On things to do....

1. Choose exterior color.
2. List pros and cons.
3. Research all photos of selected color.
4. Bug forum members for opinion on selected color.
5. Debate color with significant other and friends.
6. Decide one of the other colors is obviously better.
7. Restart at step 1.

ur architect doesn't like cars then.
i'll help with your garage design. $800/sf easy and i am not even trying hard.
the rest of the house is just there so the wife and kids can shut up and leave you peace and quite in garage.

I've been doing your list for months and always end up at Step 1 like groundhog day

We also have a similar storage solution; one is the trailer, 2 in the garage (soon to be 3 with the lift) and 2 on the driveway...

The back half of my garage has a vaulted ceiling. The car on top will go on backwards to clear the front which is about 9ft clearance with the garage door. Let's hope I measured properly..

No final choice yet. Current fallback position is RS if my PTS request gets denied. Current PTS choices are Fashion Grey, Mexico Blue, Grey/Black or Brewster Green....

That's why car guys/gals should hire me. I'm an architect that loves cars!
