ask the service advisor. On my GT3s it was pretty standard and I ran Porsche greens on both 996 and 997.
I am sure the service department would be happy to do it for you as part of the delivery :-)

I've had 2 cars with PCCBs now and just took it relatively easy for the first few hundred miles, as I would with normal brakes and no issues.
I don't think there's any specific way to bed them in to be honest.
One strange thing you might notice if you wash the car, is that the brakes hardly work at all for the first 100m or so. Not 100% sure why this is, I think it's because the soap sticks to the disks and take a while to get cleaned off properly.
Other than that I think they are a great choice.
