I'm not sure that they are. From what I've read I think they are running into production capacity issues at Zuffenhausen across the 911 model lines. If you accept that the GT3 is a relative bargain at the price, I'm guessing their profit margin on the Carreras is better than on the 3 and they would rather not cut back Carrera production to build additional less profitable GT cars. Just a theory.....

Hi Everyone, im new here. I found a dealer in LA that has a 1-2 car allocation for spring 2014 delivery. Problem is, they have 5-6 on the list and they want a 10k premium OVER MSRP and basically whoever pays that will be guaranteed the car, so I'm told.

Are you guys on the list paying markups over MSRP? I came into this know id pay msrp but that 10k premium bugs me. those are basically my options right there. ugh
