Default Wing question...

Hello.
From what I've seen in the pictures, the wing/decklid does not have any vents or air inlets...
...is that correct?
Does it bring in the air from that rear bumper cut-out area?
I have a 991 & was wondering if that would even be possible to work with.
Thanks.

The GT3 has one large single opening in front of the wing. It is a much bigger vent that on the 997 versions.

That looks so clean yet menacing.

I wonder how much installing my bicycle/board roof rack will disturb that airflow?

I think I read somewhere that the GT3 won’t have the usual rails to accommodate the Roof Transport System. Or do you have something aftermarket that will work?

Marc, what color is your 991? Looks quite nice.

Meteor, might be true but would be surprising if PAG deleted the anchor points in the roof rails since the prior GT3s had them to the best of my recollection.

The body description that I have from a Porsche information release on the new GT3 indicates that it's "Without roof transport preparation". Can't see any attachment points in this pic...

Meteor may be correct. I hadn't noticed, but the RTS is not listed on the US configurator under the exterior options.

Thank you! It's called Aetna Blue...an old 356 color.

Great pictures of the wing, very helpful...really appreciate the info.!

For what its worth, you can't see the attachment points on any 991. They are under the rubber strip separating roof panel from door frames.

The "strips" look like they may be narrower on the GT3, however:
