Ya, honestly that would have snuck by me if my curiosity hadn't got the best of me...because I'm definitely not a smoker but I have cell chargers in every street car I have and NEED them lol.

The smokers package is a good idea but even without it you get 3 12V receptacles; in the passenger side foot well, the glove compartment, and the center console storage compartment.

Ya, I forgot about the footwell one, but ya, I like being able to check my phone on the fly so having the standard location is still what I need.

Mike, I fully understand your position. To be honest other than appearance I am not sure to what extent sport buckets will make a difference in performance driving. My TT Cab had the adaptive seats and they were just fine. When I was driving the Stradale, after 20 minutes I had a headache. Not very comfortable.
Sport buckets make all the difference in the world for performance driving. I absolutely adore them in my Spyder. Don't want a Porsche without them. If not available now, I will retrofit them. If you will track at all, you want sport buckets.

I'm noticing that most people take the full leather interior but not the Sport seat Plus backrest shell in leather. I wonder why?

Because no one sees it?

Nick, thanks for the response on front lift. Think I can live without it too

Personally if I see a full leather interior car without the backrest of the seats cover in leather hmmmmmm, that would turn me off. Like an unfinished product.

If the backrest is kept "stock," which is Platinum Gray (matching the standard stitching), does anyone know if it's a hard, glossy plastic shell? Or is it a soft touch (squishy) plastic?

As far as I know, the back of the sport seats will be dark gray. And at least for my order ( gt silver ext. with dark anthracite aluminum option, the platinum silver stitching and, silver/gray seat belts) I think it matches for the most part. Come to think of it, I don't know anyone actually doing that leather part...

@sechsgang -- You are correct; the info on the site states that seat back are in Platinum Gray (the same exact color as the standard stitching).

However, is it like a "hard shell?" Or is it squishy / soft touch plastic / vinyl?

I will not buy a 911 without Full Leather. With that said, I do not like the seat backs in leather; it's kind of wasted money.

Hard shell, Volcanic finish, it's called. I like it.

@911dev -- Thanks! Awesome, that's what I was hoping for. So like a hard shell painted in Platinum Gray? That should go nicely with the standard stitching...

For the part of the dash that is closest to windshield (past the part that is leather if you order the "and leather" interior...), if you do NOT order the $1,710 Additional Leather (Dash), is it squishy like imitation leather? Or is it just hard like the same material as plastic A/C vents?
