I chose the LED headlights because of the new technology and the new design. My dealer also told me that if I was going to drive it for more than 2-3 years I should seriously consider them because by that time most of the Porsche Carrera/Turbo models have them and it would make my car by that time look a little outdated. I agree with that. But it's just a matter of personal interest how much of importance this is.

Im getting the black PDLS lights too. Since its a plug and play unit, I'm sure I can get the LED later and keep the first unit incase I ram into the rear of a 997.
