For others who are worried about option 840: besides seat option P07, two more examples of identical option numbers for different applications.

GT3 and Carrera: Option 450 PCCB: different rotors and price
GT3 and Boxster: Option 603 PDLS: Different shape and config of headlights

Just because I've resorted to obsessing over option numbers doesn't mean I've lost it......does it? Hurry car....

Thanks again, Mike.

I spend an embarrassing amount of time daily, searching for new review and / or owner videos on YouTube. So, my definition of "crazy" is a but skewed.

Never before have I been so obsess with the order process for any of my previous P-car. This is insane. The car better gets here fast otherwise mental hospital will be my next residence.

Well, with age comes patience. That said, I can relate to what many of you are experiencing. As I posted before, I was so anxious for my 430 Spider I had it air shipped to the US. Saved 40 days delivery. Cost too much.Youth can be stupid at times.

After a week (even less) with alcantara wheel, I understood I need to use gloves for DD. When my hands sweat even a little bit, it's very uncomfortable with alcantara. I really wish i had leather wheel instead.

Can anybody recommend good fingerless DD gloves?

I went for leather on my RS.. Reason is I have alcantara on my Lotus, and it barely lasted 15000miles!
