Just comparing apples to apples for the general occasional track day enthusiast POV.
Looking at the leather option list it's a very big deal to those..

Guess I misunderstood. Thought you were saying having a choice of interior colors was an advantage for the C7. Personally, that would be irrelevant to me, as would most of the leather choices on the GT3, hence....really.....
