The challenge has been set! If Aston Martin have confidence that their hydrogen bomb can circle the NBR for 24 hours, then Porsche should step up and prove to the world that the new GT3 is all about go and not just show, just like they did in 2010 with the 997.2 RS!.. Agreed?

Haven't heard that Roberga...
If the new platform GT3 runs a 24hour race anywhere to prove the new technology, I'd be most happy... Germany, France, even Mongolia... The venue doesn't interest me.
Other manufacturers see the importance of putting their money where there mouth is, so to speak, to prove new technology when their cars aren't even intended for track... So should Porsche considering the GT3 is a track focussed car...

The 991 GT3, OTOH, is a brand new car, introduced only a month ago and 4-6 months away from production. Be patient; the new platform will prove itself soon enough....
