Can RWS be manually shut off?

When Honda went electronic with their RWS in the second generation of car, they were spring loaded to default to a straight ahead position if the unit failed... They failed often...
This car will either have a fall back state or limp home mode as suggested above, which is yet to be seen... More likely to be the former as its going to be hard to limp home with your rear wheels shooting out to the side...
Whilst were in the process of adding lots of pointless actuators, motors and modules etc to these cars, why not add another four actuators to alter camber from a street setting to track setting at the press of a bottom. Imagine how much faster it would go then, hey!

So, they could use RWS to compensate for that toe change and they would need to add an electronic toe compensation for the front suspension too - one more Pandora's box...
