Cool thanks for the effort, I will still write a letter to them as well next week
The more feedback they get the better.

I will write a letter too and congratulate them on RWS, CL and FAL

Just to keep the overall feedback balanced

I would wait with that letter until you find out what the maintenance schedule will be on the PDK, RWS and CL

Thanks, that is what I will do. Humm... I have not written a formal letter and mailed it in a decade but if this is the proper channel to go through I am all for it

Thanks Jon. I wonder if it wouldn't be helpful if all of us made a similar call. Did you just call the main PCNA number?

If anyone plans to write, maybe express interest in seats that will accommodate a taller driver with helmet.
I'm 6'5 and fit. For the track when I have my helmet on I take out the seat cushions and fit even better. Since the 991 based car has more leg room and allow you to sit a little further back I imagined the Sport Buckets to even work better.

Just like you should wait with your letter about RWS until you have driven the car and know what you are giving feedback on

I can only speak to PDK. Routine maintenance is limited to fluid replacement. The change interval is 56,000 miles (90,000 km) for hydraulic oil in the wet clutch portion of the transmission and 112,000 miles (180,000 km) for gear wheel oil.

Remember that the 991 has a lower roofline. You must have very long legs, no? My inseam is only 30"...

That is good to know, but they might have changed that for this PDK-S, especially with track use

Not to compare but I had issues with my VW GTI DSG, in that regards
So it would not surprise me if they have shorter intervals for the GT3 PDK
Might have to log track miles (like for the CL)

Yes, 800-Porsche. I would wait until I hear back. The gentleman on the other end was more than willing to hear me complain and promised to work on it and get back to me. I wouldn't want him to get bombarded with calls. If it ends up being a corporate PCNA decision, then I would advise letters, calls, etc.

I don't think you understand: dealers in the US typically do not allow test drives of GT3's.

OK, thanks. Will wait for your update.

Did I mention dealer in my post?

Ask a friend, owner or random stranger at a track event, attend a PSDS training, etc. If not, then at least wait for the first reviews from magazines or owners.
