I just got off the phone with a very helpful person at PCNA. He did not know the reason for the lack of the sport buckets. I explained in detail the desire of many people including myself who would not consider the car without them and their availability in the rest of the world as well as on the 997 variants. He gave me a case number and will look into this. I hope to hear back from him sometime next week. I will update everyone when I find out more.
The more feedback they get the better.

Keep in mind that Sport Buckets are a bad choice for anyone who is moderately tall above the waist. I am only 5'11", but have short legs and long torso. I could not fit in 997.2 RS with these seats and a helmet (they are mounted too high). And the 991 has less headroom than 997 (unless they changed the seats or mounting points).
If anyone plans to write, maybe express interest in seats that will accommodate a taller driver with helmet.

I can only speak to PDK. Routine maintenance is limited to fluid replacement. The change interval is 56,000 miles (90,000 km) for hydraulic oil in the wet clutch portion of the transmission and 112,000 miles (180,000 km) for gear wheel oil.

Remember that the 991 has a lower roofline. You must have very long legs, no? My inseam is only 30"...

Not to compare but I had issues with my VW GTI DSG, in that regards
So it would not surprise me if they have shorter intervals for the GT3 PDK
Might have to log track miles (like for the CL)

Yes, 800-Porsche. I would wait until I hear back. The gentleman on the other end was more than willing to hear me complain and promised to work on it and get back to me. I wouldn't want him to get bombarded with calls. If it ends up being a corporate PCNA decision, then I would advise letters, calls, etc.

Ask a friend, owner or random stranger at a track event, attend a PSDS training, etc. If not, then at least wait for the first reviews from magazines or owners.
