I had an agate grey 991 C2S traded it for an agate grey GT3T.
If I hadnt said anything - not sure wife would have known it was a new car...

My wife can drive any of our cars, no issue. She is a good (and fast driver) and equally at home with paddles or a stick. Back in her day she even won a carting league.
My oldest son will soon have his drivers permit and he can then drive most of my cars...looking forward to some father and son drives.

She drives all the cars, but she always gets a flat tire. I’m not exaggerating, 7 out of 10 times she gets a flat. She’ll come home and, Hi honey, how’s your day? Oh, I think the car has a flat tire.

Here is my 16 year old driving my new 3RS. If I'm dumb enough to let him drive it, might as well let my wife drive. She won't drive my manual cars even though she drove manuals from 16-25 years old.

Well I commute back and forth between France and the Bay area where the GT3T is. My wife is not into cars at all and very rarely comes with me to CA. She knows I have a "Porsche" over there. She thinks that my Audi S4 Avant in France is "too fast and loud" LOL.

Wifey does not care so much for PDK so doubt she will ever drive the new RS. She has an 07 C2S with race seats, 6 points, GT3 sways that she loves, and autox on Hoosiers. And wins her class sometimes. (Was my car but she took it away from me, all good) She did get some good seat time in the 2018 GT3 6 speed and loved it. But dash was foreign to her. Made her nervous thinking somebody was going to get too close to her. Good call as I was in front of her in the RS. Not an under the radar drive. She will prob never again drive Kermit as it now has a thunder thigh clutch pedal feel, and she fractured her left ankle last December.
She likes going to DEs with me, has no intention of driving on track. Doubt she would go to DEs with me if I had an open trailer though.

The front wheels on my wifes Mercedes are both about 75% curb rashed! She has zero interest in driving my fun cars and I am glad. She enjoys riding with me so it is all good.

My wife is a good driver but has no desire to drive my cars. In 2001 we were on some grade B country roads in Iowa in my new S4 Avant. When some rain hit I found that summer tires and mud don't play well so we got stuck. I offered to push if she would rock the car to get us out. "No way" she said. "I am not going to be blamed for putting this car in the ditch." She pushed, got covered in mud, and I rocked us out. She did have to drive it once in an emergency and commented how different it was from her Honda. Now I have her up to Audis but she wants nothing to do with the Porsches.
