The type of seat optioned will likely make the biggest difference, not the base car itself. Maybe tyres (Michelin or Dunlop), but I have no back to back experience with tyres.

Ask Andreas! Skip to the 20min mark in the video below for his seat recommendation (talking about the new Spyder, but I think relevant for all GT cars).

Have driven both extensively. Much prefer the touring for road driving. Could not see out the back with the wing.

^^^Tires make a difference. The Dunlop's are seemed more compliant. Had them on a spare set of wheels on the Slate wing for a few hundred miles. And, yes, seats would make a difference but both of mine were spec'd quite similarly, including buckets.

Same cars, different mindset. Pick based on aesthetic alone, unless you do lots of track work or are lucky enough to live near roads with no speed limits.

Need aftermarket exhaust? Why? The Touring has turned off a few with the noise from stock exhaust and you want louder? I must be getting old....

I live in an urban environment and I’m not impressed when a car makes the racket of 10.

I want the car to sound louder on the outside, but quieter on the inside, thus I put sound deadening mats in the back cabin.

It's a GT3.

On the other hand, I think the LED car is quite different than the xenon car. . .
The xenon car has noticeably keener turn-in due to reduced weight but the LED car has a more balanced weight distribution.

So true but it is the Owner's of the Touring that love to pitch it is unique.

I am a wingey Guy but do like the simplicity of the Touring

Noise level inside the Touring is higher because of less sound deadening insulation inside. Although it’s just an option, card are quite different thought. Touring mechanical LSD too.

Noise and good old school 6cyl boxer sound are different
that s why you need a side bypass(valved) and no neibour will be annoyed

Mechanical LSD is manual thing regardless of wing or not.
