Is production over? Anyway to get one with mag wheels?

Get a used 3RS get BBS FI-R wheels, they're half price of magnesium and weigh just a tad more and imo they're much cooler

Is WP package a big deal? Does regular RS not have CF hood?

Its a big deal if you like the look and it’s worth $18k to you. Otherwise no.

Hang on, the press releases and other magazine articles list bunch of parts as CF for WP. Are you saying that those are already CF but WP just has them exposed?

For example CF toe links?

The WP gives you CF roof, sway bars, and some other bits. All 991.2 3RS have CF frunk lid. On 909 WP the CF frunk lid is painted. On 808 WP it is clear coated.

Agree.. I just did exactly that and was amazed at how light they were and look way better. Also not worried if something happens like a rock between caliper and wheel which just happened on my other car.

Correct, I do not see what the big deal is on WP for the 3RS. The main benefit was that it allowed you to get the mag wheels.
