Would you do prepaid maintenance plan on the GT3/RS?

Anybody out there do DIY maintenance for these cars? Oil changes and brake fluid changes are routine but is it better to have it on record at the dealer for warranty/extended warranty/resale purposes? Is it preferable to have the dealer do it than an indie Porsche garage?( I don't really trust dealerships to do maintenance... Probably put their least experienced trainees on those jobs.)

Oh and does anyone get the wheel/tire warranty? At the prices being charged I could just get a new tire / wheel repair...

DIY maintenance is easy and satisfying to perform on these cars. Just keep receipts of all parts purchased and keep a log of your labor performed with date and mileage (dealer will reset your oil light and honor warranty if you keep both)
