Just wanted to say Ben from TheOpenTrack is a solid guy and represents a great organization. Had purchased a policy for an HPDE my wife was going to participate in last week. Unfortunately the HPDE organizers had not done a great job of managing their registration site/social media and the HPDE was completely full even though we were able to register for the event. We found all this out approximately 24 hours prior to the event. Naturally I look over the policy and there's a no refund policy, not ideal but it's in the policy. Still the day of the event isn't upon us quite yet so I figured I would reach out to TheOpenTrack and see if I could credit it towards a future HPDE. Ben got back to me super fast, asked what happened, and decided to issue a full refund. He could have easily said SOL, but instead he went above and beyond. He has a permanent customer now. This was my 2nd policy after smokies and all my HPDE insurance needs will be going to them vs my previous provider.

I have used ben and open track for the last 8-10 events... best rates and easy process. Havent had to file a claim, but good to know they handle that well too.

Ben is a super nice guy. Good company and people. For the record, they donated all their commission of $7500 from the Smokies GT Spring 2019 event to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
