wwyd steering off by half a degree alignment fine
so my 3RS .2 is off on steering, just barely, alignment seems fine track straight down pull, but when wheels are straight steering wheel is slightly off to the right, maybe a half degree, can this be easily adjusted, or is the wheel on a spline? is there an adjustment screen or something

You won't want to adjust the steering wheel. You will want to take it in for an alignment where they will be able to fix it.

One could adjust each of the tie rods in the same direction (i.e. give each adjustment nut a half a turn in the same direction). This should turn the wheels without changing the alignment. This should be done by a competent mechanic.

its irritation because car has just a few hundred miles, I dont get it, Ive been to the factory and seen them very precisely adjusting suspension and alignment

Could be the steering wheel is off one tooth. Easy to remove the wheel and try. But I'd also make sure nothing is wrong with the suspension.

Three Wheelin'
Springs settle from new, alignment changes from what was set at the factory. Chances are you want a more aggressive alignment then stock anyway so you might as well get it aligned. That kind of thing would annoy me to no end....

Before you go and pull the steering wheel, you should be able to see if the wheel is on the splines correctly by seeing if the wheel angles are the same (but opposite) when you crank the wheel all the way over to full lock in each direction. If it turns further in one direction, that would be a clue you have something other than a very common toe alignment error...

I'd get an alignment by a good shop or dealer. While it is widely refer to as a "4-wheel alignment", in my opinion it should be refer to as "5-wheel" with the steering wheel as the fifth. Often the steering wheel isn't locked at deal center before the other 4 wheels are adjusted. Also, depending on how precisely the toe is set within the factory allowable tolerance range it can tip the steering wheel off center.

The suspension has not been complained about so an alignment is kinda overboard but that is the sort of shop to go to.
Alan C. 's steering wheel mount move is a good suggestion but it is more of a coarse adjustment. If you need a fine adjustment,it can also be done. The steering wheel connects to the rack using a rod with u-joints on each end. The rod is secured to the u-joint by clamping collar and this is where your fine adjustment is possible. Release the clamp, rotate steering shaft, re-attach clamp.
EDIT: I found a great GT3 image, Page 151 shows the clamping collar on each end of the u-joints for your fine adjustment

make sure the road is dead flat and your tire pressures are set correctly. My car needs a degree of left steering in the RT lane and a degree of right steering in the left lane. Road is crowned, and cars set for "steering feel" have to be sensitive to this or you will lose steering feel.
