Weight of basic full leather package is debatable as I was told at the factory that’s it’s lighter than standard.

Weighed my buddies 991.2 3rs with Weissach package and the light wheels with aftermarket(lighter) exhaust with about 1/3 tank gas and it was 3131. Not sure how Porsche comes up with an official weight but I think the 3116 you list might be a little optimistic on their part.
Have you actually weighed yours? Would be interesting to see how the list weight compares to actual.

car is manual with PCCB and LWB. I was thinking the 911R rear carpet liner might be thinner than gt3. When I looked up part numbers I noticed the one for gt3 was around $460 there was also one with similar part number for $520 (same section). Assuming that’s the one for the R? I only know cuz the previous owner installed a cage and the holes in the rear bugged me to the point where I thought about just buying a new one.
its #9 in this picture. There were a couple different part numbers for it and one was priced higher.

you can take out the headlights and tai lights. all the lighting possible. I bet all the lights weight 30 lbs. AS a side note, you can drive in a speedo, and no shoes, keep the cell phone at home. Clothing weights about 4 to 5 lbs

Drain the blinker fluid and add titanium springs to the cupholders.
In all honestly the difference in weight will be hard to feel around town on public roads. It will the same as running a full tank of gas vs 1/8. If you push the car you can sense it, otherwise no change at all. The best places to "feel" weight savings is in unsprung weight. That would be achieved with lighter wheels and or PCCB or a Steel BBK that has rotors with a smaller annulus and lighter calipers.

I have full length fabspped non cat headers, with valved side deletes, but i did the CEL turn off on my ECU. manual cars supposedly adapt, not sure. but its the best bang for your buck. pick up torque and 20 or so hp. but also sound amazing. I love mine

To summarize on what is listed using parts you can easily acquire without having to beg too hard + what you have written.
- RS hood (.1 looks more appropriate on a GT3)
- RS glass / plastic side and rear
- RS strap door openers
- Remove Infotainment, speakers & A/C
- Remove all carpet and insulation
- Light Weight Buckets
- No cage (clubsport option not available in NA anyway)
AFAIK, those weights listed by Porsche may be "dry" weights.
This will be as "street" hardcore as you can get without making the car ghetto.

The first order of business is to get your own car to the scales, any race shop working on any car brand has them, published weights and published horsepower/torque figures are different than the actual numbers in a car.
Traditionally, Porsche weight for USA cars are with zero fuel, and every single possible option to make the car lighter (no radio, no a/c, pccb, plastic dashboard, carbon seats, normal fuel tank, etc.).
Fill up the fuel tank to full. If you have the normal or extended fuel tank, you can calculate the weight of fuel depending on current fuel load. I have seen 991.2 GT3s on scales at nearly 3,400 lbs, so this is why it is important to get the weight from the actual car, and not from a website or printed manual.
Take the weight of new parts and the weight of old parts (including hardware). Once all the modifications are done, put the car on the scales again.
It takes much more than your list to get under 3,000 lbs.
For Antigravity go with the 40Ah, I have the lighter 24ah but I'm in Florida, and I also carry their jump starter lithium package on trips away, as well as a converter to 120v and their Lithium charger if I get to cold places with the GT3.
I doubt the Mg wheels can save 33 lbs, the stock front wheels in the 991 GT3 are light, Mg doesn't remove 8 lbs per corner.
JCR doesn't save the weight in your post, I was running the race pipes until this week (will publish them for sale next week). I have documented in their thread the pictures with weights on a good scale for all the parts.

Appreciate the tips. Makes more sense now. I will hit up the tuner that I had take care of my M4 and get going on figures. I’ll post here and keep a log of modifications. As far as figures. The jcr I just got from their site. The stock wheels from just a brief search online. I was under assumption stock wheels were 24 front 28 rear. Mags are 14.96 front and 18.60 rear. I will have both soon enough with tires on each and I’ll do a comparison once in hand.

its really hard to go sub 3000 lbs in a street car. it is doable but at that point it's not really a car anymore.
