My apologies if that was the case. I didn't get that from his first post.

Thats a summary of our population. They make plenty of comments / judgements without ever going to source or reviewing the data...

Agreed. He did not mention that he was interested in the market price because he was selling the car. He just said he was interested in the market price. Hence, many of us gave our two cents on what the value may be from a buyer's point of view, not a seller's point of view. Makes for interesting discussion either way, I suppose.

Regarding why sell; the car sits on the lift and I've been driving my 991.2 4S cab when I can during the summer. We are a family of 3 so much of the time I need a 4 door. In a nutshell that means the Touring just sits. If I'm only going to drive it a few times a year I've been thinking of something that a bit more outrageous. An RS, a 488, or the new Huracan EVO.

Definitely a valid reason. I would drive each one and buy the one that gives you that special feeling. You will still have your 991.2 4S cab which is a fantastic vehicle. I personally feel that we have never in history have had so many great vehicles to choose from as we have today so try them all and post your opinions after each test drive...

And for anyone looking for a Touring here’s your chance at picking up a fantastic car with only 100 miles on it

Well said. GT3 Tourings, when you can find them, continue to sell well over sticker. PAG didn’t make many and most owners see the car as a long-term keeper.

How many Tourings did they end up making?

Did they even keep track since it's just an option.

I can't find any total production numbers.

I think a little above MSRP would be a good start considering they stopped making them and they are the lowest production of the GT3/RS series. I paid $7500 over on mine new and didn't care much since I plan to keep it awhile. I think its worth every penny and I sure wouldn't consider selling it anytime soon (hopefully never).

Another one for sale. Looks to be about 30-35K over MSRP.

Same for me. I paid 10k above MSRP with 2k miles.

why? My rationale is:
fully wrapped, soul side bypass and private party in AZ (means 7% tax savings) put me back close to below MSRP.

Just another way to justify paying above MSRP.

I think it's worth about 10k over MSRP. If I were you I would take a little less from a serious buyer who is ready to pull the trigger / send wire , no need for financing or pending wife's approval. To me, a good buyer who has their ducks in a row is worth a couple grand over a tire kicker.
