GT3 RS market softening has arrived.

I know of a GT2 RS with $20k ADM - a far cry from $100k not that long ago. And the GT3 RS for $262k has its ADM built into the sticker.

Spec'd an RS. About to be delivered. Dealer wanted ADM at the time of ordering (no contract or anything signed). Fast forward months and months to today where ADMs are either much lower or non-existent.
What do you do? Try to renegotiate the ADM upon delivery to dealership or what? Only way that would work is if you're prepared to walk and let them sell the car to someone else?

FourT6and2 - IMHO, you should purchase the car at the price you are comfortable paying. I don't know your spec, how unique it might be, etc. You likely know what is available through dealers and private party transactions now and can gauge where RS market is. Certainly, having a conversation with the dealer is a must. But to your question, what if they don't come down off the original mark up discussed. Well, back to my first perspective, what is the car worth to you based on what you know about the market. Unless money is no object, then it is tough to consider paying over MSRP today. You are actually in a great position, the market has trended down and in good faith they should sell the car at MSRP. That still leaves them with a significant profit and hopefully a loyal customer to conduct business with.

I have my Guards Red GT3RS for sale at MSRP or offer. I do not track the car since I have dedicated track car and got an allocation but car is not being used.
ONLY 210 miles on it. No stories just a great car. Nice Build no PCCB Brakes, Weissach 909 package. Front lift, lots of nice small options.

Pictures are not that great in the add but can send you more. email is in ad.
I think GR and gold wheels are one of best color combinations in the RS

Good news is by law, deposits are refundable in California.

Are you kidding???? with no contract or anything signed?? What did almost every stealer do over the past 2-3 years when a customer had the dealer's verbal promise for an low number allocation at sticker? So many horror stories of them passing those folks over for those willing to pay ADM. The shoe is now on the other foot!
