Great looking car and reasonably priced as it seems the GT3 991.2 market has softened ...not unforeseen and yes like most I bought mine at the market high.... so I’ll just enjoy it for as long as I can

Is that the same car as in your profile picture? It might have some messed up color profiles embedded in it--to me the car in the first post looks burnt sienna (brown) not a hint of red. Or maybe chocolate?

You should change them because that new picture looks correct. I actually looked at your certificate for some macadamia PTS or something and was shocked to see Carmine. It's easy to get a color profile embedded by accident that's set for printing and it will totally mess up the colors on a screen.

GLWS. By the way your license plate frame is inaccurate. Vasek Porsche was in Hermosa Beach. Bought my 356 from Vasek. Steve McQueen and I had the same mechanic at Vasek. Original Vasek Polak frames are going for $400 plus on Ebay.

Carmine red looks great on the GT3...my VIN is ..2A91JS174122...I'm not sure what 91 vs. 93 means in the VIN...maybe month of production.

You are right the Porsche dealership was in Hermosa. I grew up in Hermosa , I used to ride my Bike to Vasek on PCH in Hermosa but he also had a dealership in Manhattan Beach . It was also on PCH and they sold Audi and (maybe BMW's ? ) as that is where my father bought his '74 Audi.

Beautiful car!

There's something about Carmine red. Just bloody nice!

Ah, yes Vasek Polak. The Porsche dealer was in Hermosa. BMW was just inside Manhattan Beach in the view side and across was VW way back. Then Saab, Subaru and Audi.

Neat to see that frame on the car. Don't forget it's there when you sell it!

Nice that it has the brake conversion and the PCCB in the box. GLWS.

Edit: More importantly - enjoy club racing. I think you’ll find the jump from DE really fun (and expensive).
